Servicing most destinations across Australia, transit times vary depending on delivery locations. Is There a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity on any of our products! You can order 1 or 100,000 and we do not charge any setup fees.

Order Turnaround Time?

All our products are custom made to order and not off the shelf items so printing turnaround time will vary. The average turnaround time for most products (under 50 items) is 10 business days (Monday to Friday), this is not a guarantee but a guide. If you require your order be a certain date please contact us via phone 1300 850 799 or email before placing your order to make sure we can meet your deadline.

How will my order be sent?

For small orders we send by Australia Post Express Post: Delivery in 1-3 business days after turnaround time for Metro areas. Country and Rural areas may take longer.

For larger orders we send by Startrack Express Road Service: Delivery in 1-5 business days after turnaround time time for Metro areas. WA, NT, Country and Rural areas may take longer.

Do you colour match?

Due to many contributing factors such as differences in monitor displays, we cannot guarantee that colours displayed on your monitor (RGB) will match the printed colour (CMYK) products. You most likely won't notice this kind of colour shift in a photograph, It is more likely to happen if you pick a very rich, vibrant colour background or logo. Please email us for more information.
